There seems to be a national day for everything and today was dedicated to Apple Sauce Cake. Yes such a cake and day exists! So next time you have a jar of apple sauce in the cupboard or fridge why not pair it with some cake rather than the traditional roast pork. I’d recommend it, especially if you’re vegetarian!
