My 30 Mini Cupcakes Cake was created for my own birthday to take in for everyone at work to enjoy. Rather than one big cake I decided to create 30 mini ones, so everyone could choose whichever cake and they wanted. These ranged from Eton Mess, Blueberry Cheesecake, Chocolate Hazelnut, Apple Crumble and Lemon Meringue Pie. It was like everyone’s favourite pudding and flavour in a cake!
