My Arctic  Cheese Board is created from an assortment of different types and sizes of goats cheese glaciers and icebergs, accompanied by penguin shaped crackers. Mini crostini icecaps spread with goats cheese snow and upright penguin crackers complete the chilly cheeseboard scene. Today is in fact both National Cheese Lovers and Penguin Appreciation Day-yes really. So if there was every a day to celebrate both via an arctic themed cheese board, I can’t think of a better excuse to Ppppp pick up a penguin, goat and plate and get stuck in!
