My Bana-Lama Pie was created for Lil who apart from loving Banoffee Pie, also has a strong affection for Lama’s, in particularly one’s named after Barry White. Long story, not short of laughs but will stick to the pie for now. Using a mini cake tin I packed my signature banoffee pie base of  broken up chocolate chip cookies,  ginger biscuits and toffee and banana chips into it’s own base and layered it up with caramel, sliced bananas and whipped cream. Once dusted with a heavy coating of cocoa powder I piped a cream lama on top, as you do, with banana chip and toffee chip ears and broken biscuit features. A knitted scarf finished the whole pie  off in true Lama style. Making both Lil and Barry very happy.
