Today saw the launch of Joules SS12 Blooming Brilliant campaign which captures not only the latest collection, but a collection of my cakes as well. As the photo shoot was garden themed the cakes and accompanying cupcakes needed to be wholesome yet showstopping. I produced among others a celebratory victoria sponge, coffee and walnut cake and piled high praline creation. Above are a few examples, with the rest of the cakes and clothes being found in the latest catalogue, on the website and in store.
