A Love for Food by Daylesford is a book I both love to look at and cook from. Every season is celebrated and the produce grown within it encouraged to be consumed via the assortment of winning recipes. The inspirational anecdotes, notes on section and stunning photography are all a joy to consume visually and then digest once the recipes are made. From the Salted Ginger Treacle Tart on page 296 to the Energy Bars I’ve often bought and now bake, both recipes are firm favourites. Together with the books pleasing neon bright green ribbon, which makes marking them so much more fun.
