My Caramac Cake was made for my friend Suz’ birthday, whose is a fan of the caramel flavoured chocolate bar. Today is also National Caramel Day, so even more reason to celebrate with said cake. Together with Caramac, Suz also loves maple syrup. I therefore laced the cake and caramac frosting with the syrup, which helped enhance the golden colour associated with Caramac.
