I couldn’t resist making a Coconut Chicken to sit alongside my orange marzipan eggs. My good friend Alice leant me a collection of antique chicken chocolate moulds a little while ago and this Easter seemed like the perfect time to use them. Using homemade coconut marzipan in place of chocolate worked a treat and like with the eggs I couldn’t resist adding my orange marzipan centre to the hen!
