My Custard Cream and Crumble cake is a tiered creation made up from layers of apple cake sandwiched together with my custard cream and apple compote.  Surrounded with custard cream biscuits and crumble topping each slice provides you with not just a serving of cake, but biscuit, pudding and custard!
