Liberty’s National Treasures is a limited edition collection of pieces designed by some of Britain’s top fashion and design names. Paul Smith, Celia Birtwell and Stella Macartney are just a few of the country’s icon’s chosen to design their ultimate product for the department store. Each unique item will be available for purchase in store and online, with one-off pieces entering a silent auction till the end of the month. All proceeds will primarily be donated to the Kids Company charity, who provide essential support to vulnerable children throughout the UK. I’d quietly love to bid for the Paul Smith Liberty Print Colour Swatch Sofa, but I think I have a higher chance of buying Nigel Slater’s Cooking Stains Tea Towel, which is a treasure in itself.
