My Festive Five feature five different mini tea time treats using up all the leftover ingredients found during and after Christmas. From my Christmas scones, to panetonne sandwiches filled with mincemeat and grated marzipan to look like cheese and pickle I’ll be posting each individual offering on my blog over the next week. I created the seasonal spread for friends on the Twelth day of Christmas just before the tree itself came down and as a consequence laid everything out on a slate board in the shape of a Christmas tree. Together with the bite sized bakes an assortment of brandy butter and mince pie popcorn from Joe and Seph produced a gourmet flavoured garland that got packed away quicker than the real tree itself!
