After last week’s Giant Rocky Road Slab I was asked to make a Rocky Road Birthday cake for a friend. So I went all out and created somewhat of a Rocky Road Smogasboard! The chairman of the board was obviously the Giant Rocky Road Cupcake, accompanied by a miniature version. A Rocky Road loaf and finally some Rocky Rubble followed. The latter consisting of all the components of a Rocky Road together with broken up pieces of my Rocky Road cakes. The Rocky Rubble actually makes a great ice cream topping, or when mixed in with ice cream an actual frozen rocky road. However a lot tastier and safer with chocolate as opposed to black ice!
