My Gingerbread man pancakes not only look like their biscuit relatives but taste like them too, thanks to the addition of ground ginger in my pancake batter. Served with a drizzle of ginger syrup and a squeeze of lemon my pancakes brought a smile to my face and a slightly Edvard Munch looking scream to that of my gingerbread man!
