My Good Luck Guinness Cake is a St Patrick’s day inspired bake. The sticky Guinness goodness is baked in a round tin and once cooked and cooled has an icing sugar shamrock sifted over its top.  The lucky slices of stout can be enjoyed with a pint sized mug of tea or a pint of the black stuff itself!
