My Greenpeace Garden cake was made especially for Judith and the Greenpeace summer party. Layer upon layer of Lemon drizzle sponge are sandwiched together with cream, lemon curd and a scattering of summer berries. A dusting of icing sugar and an abundance of flowers and fruit adorn the cakes to create a baking tower almost as tall as the Shard!
