My Honey and Almond Granola Muffins are mini morsels of wholesomeness. Despite their size they are packed full of oats, toasted almonds and sweetened with honey. More honey can also be found on top of the muffins being used to stick down the scattering of granola covering each bite sized breakfast bake. To continue along the gardening theme of my previous bakes I decided to serve them up on this gardening inspired cake stand, using a gardening spade handle as the cake stand handle itself!
