My Knit one Bake one cake is a ginger spiced fruit cake, covered with marzipan and fondant icing. Tonally coloured fondant and marzipan balls of wool, buttons and beads decorate the cake, together with my ginger biscuit toggle and cocktail stick knitting needles!
