My Magic Stars biscuits were created for the Coldplay Radio 2 in concert gig earlier this month at the BBC radio theatre. Inspired by the bands track Magic and a Sky full of Stars, my kitchen and baking trays were flooded with gingerbread star biscuits of all shapes and sizes. Together with the biscuits I created an edible magic wand with an Elizabeth Shaw chocolate flute dipped in white chocolate. The same chocolate used to pipe the ‘Magic’ words and stick the mini white chocolate and gingerbread stars to the bigger biscuits. The Magic theme and stars continued thanks to Coldplay.  The night was spellbinding, from the music and atmosphere through to the confetti stars that fell from the radio theatre sky.
