Seeing as it’s National Marmalade Week, I thought I’d create a Marmalade Cat Cupcake to mark said preserve and cat’s face. The cupcake itself is flavoured with the zest and juice of an orange and covered in a cream and marmalade frosting, with real orange rind marmalade stripes. Yet more marmalade can be found inside the cupcake, which is discovered once bitten into. On this occasion it’s a definite cup-case of the cat that got the cream and marmalade!
