My MAster stack of Queen Bee Bakes was originally made to mark my lovely friend El graduating with an MA. A combination of honey and almond flapjacks and cakes made up the stack which then had pieces of my homemade honeycomb and golden marzipan bees added to it. The honeycomb actually contained honey rather than golden syrup to intensify the nectar in the chewy sweet. The inspiration for the bake came from the fact that El is a Queen Bee beekeeper in London, collecting honey for Bee Collective.
