My Millionaires Shortchange are a play on the traditional Millionaires Shortbread and my way of using up the chocolate coins left over from Christmas. The mix of coins meant that both milk and white chocolate topping were on offer. I also made an extra special wheat free shortbread batch for a coeliac friend, resulting in them being both gluten and tax free!
