My Pancake Parka complete with cream fur hood and peanut buttons was actually created a few years ago for a local food design competition, where we as entrants were actually encouraged to play with our food! Not your conventional pancake or parka, it has now become tradition to re-create it every pancake day for the friends who first witnessed it take shape out of the pan and on to the plate.
