I love Porridge as much as cake, controversially maybe more?! With it being Valentinesday yesterday I thought I’d express and dress my morning bowl with a freeze dried raspberry heart. Probably my favourite berry and one that works so well with coconut, making the addition of coconut milk a natural and sweet choice. Vanilla powder also made the grade and can’t tell you how great it is stirred in with the oats at the beginning of the porridge making process. Finally both fresh and jam finished off procedures while my spoon finished off the bowl.
