My Richard III Rocks are the final crowning glory to my Richard III birthday bake. The gold cupcake cases are meant to represent a crown and when filled with my Richards Rocky Road mixture and topped with 3 chocolate finger biscuits they become the perfect chocolate treat and salute to Richards remains staying in Leicester.

To create my Richards III Rocks, you will need to make up a batch of my Richards Rocky Road following my previous recipe and add to the shopping list another packet of finger biscuits and some gold cupcake cases. Transfer the mixture into gold cupcake cases, making sure they also have some spotted dick sponge and roses chocolates hidden in their centre and once all the cases have been filled, divide and spoon over the reserved melted chocolate. Finally carefully position 3 chocolate fingers in each one before allowing to set.
