It is official Rocky Road day today, so what better way to mark it than making a giant slab of the Rocky stuff! I also made it to celebrate my friend Natalie’s wedding which also shares the date. Her favorite sweets and actual wedding favors are marshmallow Flumps. Therefore they had to feature together with chunks of chocolate chip shortbread cookies and caramel ‘Rocky’ bars. Congratulations Natalie and Nick, not forgetting Rocky of course!
