Happy St Patrick’s day, via more than one of my sprouted Shamrock Soda Breads. Using a mix of Rude Healths sprouted whole wheat and whole spelt flour really brings the bread to life. I also threw in a handful of oats to add to the wholesome taste and freckled crumb. Both little and large loafs are best enjoyed fresh from the oven with lashings of Irish butter and a bowl of vibrant green watercress soup. For both a taste and luck of the Irish.
