These Snowboarders Favours were an extra sweet treat for Zoe and Dan to enjoy ahead of their wedding day. Inside the mini box was more of the gingerbread trees and chalets found on and around their Snowboarding Cake, together with coconut marzipan snowflakes. A whole clear mint nestled amid the ginger bakes, while shards of broken up ones decorated the cake itself to resemble pieces of ice. Finally another set of bespoke gingerbread snowboards completed the box of pic ‘n’ mix. The biscuit boards provided yet more pre-wedding nibbles, but more importantly were there for insurance purposes- i.e. should the ones on top of the cake break in transit!
