These Snowflake Cutters from Cox and Cox take pride of place in my infamous cookie cutter draw at Christmas and are what I use to create my gingerbread stained glass snowflake biscuits. I also love to use them to make both peppermint cream and marzipan snowflakes with, to give as gifts or as decoration on top of a covered or un-iced Christmas cake.
