My Snowy Owl biscuits were created for the BBC Good Food Magazine where the recipe for them can be found. The biscuits themselves are a simple vanilla butter biscuit with the addition of almonds and white chocolate, producing not just extra flavour and texture but the owls features and feathers. Turned into decorations with the incision of a hole and insertion of string or ribbon they will look at home both on the tree or left to nest inside the biscuit tin. They can be made even more special and festive with the addition of gold leaf tipped feathers or dusting of icing sugar snow.
