My Swooshing Star biscuits were inspired by Nikes We Own the Night 10K run in London, which I took part in last month with the lovely Alex Monroe team and thousands of other runners. The ‘biscuiticks’ are vanilla flavoured using the legendary Nike tick and cut out star motif, to reflect the night time nature of the run to create the swooshing star shape. A sweet pick me up, that ticks the biscuit box both night or day.
