My Upside Down Apple and Blackberry Cake is a twist on the traditional pineapple upside down cake. Using Apple rings in place of pineapple and blackberries instead of cherries, the traditional fruit pairing has literally been turned upside down in cake form. I might even consider adapting and adding my signature crumble and custard combination in to it some how, watch this baking space….
