My Chloe Rose Cloud cupcakes were created for another christening celebrated at the weekend, this time for my cousin Chloe Rose Louise. The cupcakes were flavoured with rose water, with crystalised rose petals floating lightly on top of sweetened cream cheese clouds. The baby blue scalloped edged cake stand proved to be the perfect base for the cakes to rest on, taking on the appearance of a clear blue sky behind a cloud of cakes and roses.
