Woven Play is a kidswear brand that manages to fuse the essence of dress up and make believe with a modern timeless aesthetic. It is not surprising that Katherine Edmonds, who founded and designs the label has a background in art, textile design and traditional french dressmaking. The entire collection is either hand-made or hand-finished in Wovenplay’s Manhattan studio according to strict environmental and fair trade guidelines. Even the packaging is recycled and biodegradable, tying in with the natural fabric, dyes and beauty found within the clothes themselves.
