My giant gourmet Hot Dog cake was made especially for a gourmet hot dog bbq birthday party for friends. The Hot dog itself was made from ground up brownies and choc chip cookies blended together with my ‘hot’ chilli chocolate fudge sauce. The bun was a sweet dough, like the sort you’d find used within an iced bun but quadrupled in size. The ketchup and mustard topping were the final icing on the cake!
