LumberjacksMy Lumberjacks are a timber twist on the flapjack using maple syrup instead of golden syrup and ‘chopped’ up maple frosted nuts running through the oat and oat bran mixture. I also added several broken up weetabixs to achieve a woodchip texture and wholesome woody finish to each slice. I obviously had to stack each one up like a trunk, followed by the inevitable ‘TIMBER’ and truck loads of tea!
