My Mini Christmas Pizza’s are a Christmas canape with a difference. The sweet dough pizza bases have a spoonful of mincemeat and a grating of marzipan in place of mozerella served on them, which melts and turns golden after being cooked in the oven. A final scattering of ground almonds and icing sugar mimics the parmesan cheese and finishes the mini morsels off. In fact the only thing left to do is enjoy them with a mini glass of Mulled Red Wine!
