Bacon, Banana and Maple Breakfast Muffin anyone? A banana and maple mixture made up the muffin which I topped off with banana chips, bacon bits and a drizzle of maple syrup. The brown muffin paper case I baked them in, also added to the final appearance and complimented the shape and colour of the bacon rashers.
