Banoffee in a jar……why not?! Layering up all the elements that I would normally put into my banoffee pie but with the extra addition of some crumbled up banana loaf,  I managed to fit all the flavours and textures into one of my Kilner jars. The container had previously housed some  banana chips, so my banoffee pie felt quite at home inside the jar. However the contents was soon evicted due to a spoon and a friends sweet tooth!
