Written by Micah Carr-Hill, who is the Head Taster at Green and Blacks and responsible for the product development of the chocolate, you can be assured that every recipe from cakes to ice cream is as delicious as the chocolate bars themselves. There should never have to be a reason to either bake or buy something cocoa related, but the fact it was National Chocolate week (10-16th Oct) last week, is for me as good an excuse as any!
