Have always been a fan of Peyton and Byrne, especially their bakeries and cakes. I can never resist going into their St Pancras cafe whenever I get off the train in London. Am therefore very happy that they’ve baked the perfect cookbook in the form of British Baking. This stylish book has been added to my already extensive and growing cookbook collection.
