My Big Fat Greek Bagels literally play tribute some of the flavours and ingredients I love about Greek food and the Islands I’ve visited over the past summers and years. From my savoury houmous bagel to my sweet baklava inspired one, together they marry up to provide a whole meal, served not on a plate but chalk board. The idea is that you place all the bagels on the board and mark a chalk cross in its space as each one gets eaten. From a full line of bagels to a full stomach, everyones a winner!
