This individual Vegemite Scroll was made especially for my friend Hettie leaving for Australia. I decided not to cut and shape it in the traditional way, but leave the dough fully rolled up like an actual scroll. I also used Red Leicester cheese in the Vegemite filling to mark Hettie leaving Leicestershire for Sidney. Marmite can be used in place of the Vegemite for a more British tasting scroll, but love it or hate it my mate prefers Vegemite!
